All Points Broadband to Acquire Lucketts.net

All Points Broadband, northern Virginia’s leading wireless Internet service provider, announced today that it will acquire Lucketts.net.
“We are excited to welcome Lucketts.net and its customers to the All Points network,” said Jimmy Carr, CEO of All Points Broadband.  “Lucketts.net has been serving the local community for over 10 years, and we look forward to continuing their work by providing Loudoun County with new, higher speed Internet service.”
“We are pleased to be joining with All Points Broadband,” said Lucketts.net owner Steve Acup.  “All Points has the technological talent and resources to build a state-of-the-art network that delivers broadband Internet to our rural areas.”
Lucketts.net customers will receive additional information regarding this transition over the next few weeks and do not need to take any action at this time.  There will be no disruption of service and customers with Lucketts.net email addresses will have uninterrupted access to their accounts.
All Points Broadband and Lucketts.net expect to complete the transition at the end of May.  The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.
Lucketts.net is the third Internet service provider that All Points Broadband has acquired in the last six months.  All Points Broadband is on schedule to complete a multimillion dollar upgrade of the former Roadstar Internet and Loudoun Wireless networks by the end of this year.
